Workplace Stress and How to Conquer It
Stress is a response to the demand of the work. Stress plays an important role sometimes to push individual to perform out of their boundaries. Stress is good for small bursts, but in a long-term stress can cause severe psychological problems and can contribute to the development of anxiety and/or depression and may cause an existing condition to worsen. It is important to identify the signs of the work-related stress in early stages to eliminate its long-term effects. Firstly, person starts feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unhappy from their performance at workplace. This leads to loosing the confidence in themselves and provokes the negative thinking.
